You may request a full refund of an unused credit pack within 7 days of purchase.
No Refund After Use
Once any credit from that pack is used, the entire pack becomes non-refundable.
No Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds of individual credits. Local consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.

Processing Time
Refund Timeline
Eligible refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Consumer Rights
